Structural Energetic Therapy - Which is a comprehensive therapy that looks address the root cause of 95% of chronic and acute pain. It utilizes a number of techniques that include - Cranial/Structural Therapy, Myo-Facial Unwinding, Acupressure, Applied Kinesiology, Postural Assessment, Breathwork and more. Each session uses these techniques to uniquely address each client with how their bodies have compensated over the years for injuries, repetitive motions, chronic tightness, emotional trauma etc. By unwinding the body from the inside out, this restores enhanced function and homeostasis within the body and brain, and optimizes athletic performance.

Psych-K - Is a technique that draws from neuroscience, psychology, and kinesiology to facilitate personal growth and transformation. It involves identifying and changing subconscious beliefs that may be constraining one's behavior, emotions, or perception of reality. Utilizing muscle testing and specific protocols, Psych-K helps individuals reprogram their subconscious minds, aligning their beliefs with their conscious goals and desires. By addressing underlying beliefs, Psych-K empowers individuals to overcome challenges, enhance relationships, boost performance, and improve overall well-being.
