36 Willow Road has 40 Units with base rents beginning at $350-$450-$550 and 32% of their income beginning January 1, 2023. Heat and Hot water included.
20 School Street has 30 Units â All electric with monthly energy rebate, single units get $50 off of monthly rent but cannot go under base rent set. Double units get $55 a month rebate off rent but cannot go under base rent set ($350, $450, $550)
Willow Road was built in 1977 â 40 units plus a community building
School Street was built in 1988- 30 units plus a community building
Laundry facilities are on site.
