Part-Time Help Desk Technician

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Help Desk Technician who is passionate about resolving technical issues and assisting people.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to Level 1 and Level 2 help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for Windows and Mac environments
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users (accounts, devices, access)
- Support users in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, remote access tools, etc.
- Document issues, solutions, and work performed in the ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary
- Perform routine maintenance and patch management tasks
- Follow internal cybersecurity and data protection protocols
