Job description
At Nwaj Tech, we provide managed IT and cybersecurity solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, focusing on Zero Trust security, regulatory compliance, and delivering superior customer service. We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Help Desk Technician who is passionate about resolving technical issues and assisting people.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Level 1 and Level 2 help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for Windows and Mac environments
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users (accounts, devices, access)
  • Support users in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, remote access tools, etc.
  • Document issues, solutions, and work performed in the ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Perform routine maintenance and patch management tasks
  • Follow internal cybersecurity and data protection protocols
