We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. Our Customer Service Representatives interface with customers and internal teams to answer questions, problem solve, take payments, route in deliveries, dispatch calls to the appropriate team members and always make sure the customer is taken care of and happy. 

Essential Job Functions: 

• Ability to use a computer system (hardware and software). 
• Ability to use a telephone headset and telephone system. 
• Receive incoming calls from our customers as well making outbound customer calls for follow ups 
• Processes other work transactions such as confirmations, changes, cancellations, and payments 
• Be able to navigate our company database platform proficiently (quick learner)  
• Reliable attendance is an essential function of this position 

• You have a passion for helping others and can prioritize customer satisfaction 
• You are well organized, detail oriented and can multitask 
• You have demonstrated conflict management skills and maintain a professional composure 
• You are able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively while working in a fast-paced environment  
• You are eager to help with other office tasks such as filing, updating system notes and learning new tasks to help the company where needed. 
• You are open to receiving feedback, improving and working well with others
