Volunteer for Middletown Pride 2025 🌈

Middletown Pride returns on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. — featuring a Pride March, rally, and showcase concert with drag performers, a DJ, and more.

We’re looking for volunteers to help make this celebration a success!

Volunteer Shifts & Duties:

7:45 – 11:45 a.m.
• Vendor setup
• Parking lot monitoring
• General event prep

11:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
• Parking monitor
• Cooling tent support
• Pride March assistance

3:45 – 7:45 p.m.
• Cooling tent monitoring
• Parking monitor
• Event breakdown

Week-of Event Prep
• Folding & organizing merch
• Printing/laminating materials
• Loading tents, tables, and supplies into vehicles
